Hsin Chong Construction Group Ltd. ("HCCG") being a listed company in Hong Kong hereby endorses the HAMS proposal for minority shareholder representation in Hong Kong.
HCCG supports this proposal due to the fact that, being a public company, we have an interest in seeing Hong Kong to develop a level playing field whereby all investors share confidence in the system, which would ultimately translate into lower cost-of-capital for public companies.
HCCG is a company incorporated in Bermuda under limited liability. HCCG together with its subsidiaries ("Group") is primarily engaged in construction work in Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China ("PRC") and Southeast Asia in both the private and public sectors. Being one of the few vertically-integrated construction companies in Hong Kong, our Group is able to perform a wide range of construction services including a) piling and foundation works; b) superstructure construction; c) civil engineering work; d) electrical and mechanical installation; and e) renovation and fitting-out work.
