Good corporate governance is inextricably linked with good investor relations. Investors have a right to be informed of all news, good and bad, which affects their stock. Without good corporate governance, the job of building a fruitful relationship between a company and its investors becomes difficult, if not impossible. Strengthening and protecting the rights of minority shareholders is key to improving governance, and that's why we support the proposal for HAMS.
