Since 16-Apr-2020, the group has been buying and selling bonds, mostly issued by PRC property developers, and has bought shares in Tencent, without making required announcements. Instead, it should have returned surplus cash to shareholders. Ironically, this group provides investor relations and roadshow services to other listed companies.
