Freeman (0279) converts debt to equity of Co-Lead Holdings Ltd

Another deal in what we call the "Chung Nam Network". In a deal on 7-Feb, Freeman agreed to sell 10.57% of Satinu Resources Group Ltd to Co-Lead in return for HK$150m cash and a 6-month IOU for $600m. Now it is swapping the IOU for 2,000 new shares of Co-Lead.
