From information in the judgment, AD must be David An, Chairman, CEO and 74.12% shareholder of Hans Energy (0554). He loses his application for a stay of divorce proceedings in HK - he wanted to hear the case in Beijing. Interestingly he tells the court that he has never regarded HK as his permanent home - but if he came here on his Canadian passport, then he would have made a declaration to the HK Immigration Department that HK was only place of permanent residence when he obtained PR status in 2009. So did he lie to the Government, or the court?
