Proview (0334): breach of Listing Rules: late results
Company announcement, 21-Oct-2010
Loss warning from Proview (334)
Company announcement, 19-Mar-2010

If not, then then it should have disclosed much earlier. Proview is on of 13 HK-listed companies to issue profit warnings this week, 74-78 days after their annual or interim period ended.
Breach of Listing Rules 13.13, 13.14 & 13.15
