This is undoubtedly Carol Cheung Nga-lai v Billy Leung Ting Yu. Mr Leung's father founded Fook Woo (0923), the troubled paper recycler. The son worked for the business until Jan-2011 and apparently got a HK$13m pay-off, although curiously the judgment says the father paid it. Ms Cheung is still an NED of Fook Woo.
