We can tell you from other filings that the JV owns 22.02% of the domestic shares of Nanjing Sample Tech (H-shares: 1708) acquired for CNY635.22m on 29-Sep-2016 and that CTYIFL is ultimately owned by Mr Jia Tianjiang.
