This disclosure follows a complaint by Webb-site on 21-May-2014. Mr French was involved in an options backdating scandal at Cirrus Logic, over which he resigned in 2007. Too bad that ASMC shareholders were not told about this in the circular for his election at the AGM last week. The announcement says the board "is" aware of it - but were they aware before?
