"It seems to me that certainly in the case of the winding-up proceedings with which I have considerable familiarity there is compelling evidence of extreme over-charging and a manifest failure by the Petitioner to properly advise the Woos and ensure that suitable counsel was instructed and fair fees negotiated." - Justice Jonathan Harris.
