The appeal against the amount of import duty on a bottle of Rosebank 1989 16 Year Old Murray McDavid whisky is dismissed. Surely it was worth what he paid for it. Perhaps Mr Hui just doesn't like paying duty. A person of the same name was convicted in 2009 of evading stamp duty on confirmor sales on URA flats and offering an advantage to a URA official to cancel the transactions.
